Deep AI Alliance Articles of Association / 章程細則（草案） Part 1 — Mandatory Articles / 第一部分 — 必備條款 Article 1 — Name / 第1條 名稱 The name of the Association is: "Deep AI Alliance" (DAA) / 中文名稱：「大AI聯盟」。 Article 2 — Members’ Liabilities / 第2條 會員責任 The liability of the members is limited. / 本會會員之責任為有限。 Article 3 — Liabilities or Contributions / 第3條 會員於清盤時之責任 Each member undertakes to contribute to the assets of the Association in the event of winding up, not exceeding HK$100.00. / 每位會員承諾，如發生清盤，提供不超過港幣壹佰元正。 Part 3 — Objectives and Mission / 第三部分 — 宗旨與使命 Article 5 — Objectives / 第5條 宗旨 (a) To promote the application of AI technology across industries. / 促進人工智慧（AI）技術於各行業之應用。 (b) To establish a collaboration platform led by engineers. / 建立由工程師及技術專才主導之協作平台。 (c) To serve as a bridge for AI adoption in HK & GBA. / 成為推動香港及大灣區AI應用之橋樑。 Article 6 — Mission / 第6條 使命 (a) Engage with government on policy. / 與政府對話，提供政策建議。 (b) Promote AI technology and training. / 推廣AI技術與培訓。 (c) Establish cross-sector business circles. / 建立跨界商圈。 Part 4 — Vision / 第四部分 — 願景 Article 7 — Vision / 第7條 願景 (a) Become a key hub for AI industrialization. / 成為推動AI產業化之關鍵樞紐。 (b) Build an AI innovation ecosystem. / 建立AI創新生態。 Part 5 — Scope of Work / 第五部分 — 工作範疇 Article 9 — Major Work / 第9條 主要工作 (a) Policy Engagement / 政策對接 (b) Connecting Industry & Gov / 連結產官學商 (c) Enhancing AI Training / 強化AI培訓 (d) Building AI Ecosystem / 構建AI經濟圈 Part 6 — Organization / 第六部分 — 組織架構 Key Positions: Chairman, Vice Chairman, Treasurer, Secretary, Convener. 主要職位：主席、副主席、財務、秘書、召集人。 Part 8 — Finance / 第八部分 — 財務 Article 14 — Sources of Funds / 第14條 資金來源 (a) Membership fees: HK$100/Year / 會費：每年港幣$100 (b) Sponsorships / 贊助 (c) Event Income / 活動收入 Part 9 — Dissolution / 第九部分 — 解散 Article 16 — Dissolution / 第16條 解散 Requires 2/3 member consent. / 須經 2/3 會員同意。 Date: 25 Sep 2025
